2. Accessing our site or our services
Access to our site and our service is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend access without notice. We won’t be liable if, for any reason, our site or service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time we may restrict access to some or all of our site or service to registered users. You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity under your account. If you have any concerns about your login details or think they’ve been misused, contact hello@cartelux.ai straight away. We can deactivate your account at any time.
3. Acceptable use
You may use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site or service in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or to send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use material that doesn’t comply with our content standards below. You also agree not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our site or service, or any network or equipment used to provide it.
4. Interactive features of our site
We may, from time to time, provide features that let you interact through our site or service. Generally we don’t moderate interactive services we provide, although we may remove content that contravenes these terms, as set out below. If we do decide to moderate an interactive service, we’ll make this clear before you use it and normally provide a way to contact the moderator if a concern arises.

- be threatening, abusive, invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience, needless anxiety, harassment, upset or embarrassment to any other person;
- impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or give the impression they emanate from us if that is not the case; or
- advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act, such as copyright infringement or computer misuse.
6. Suspension and termination
Failing to comply with sections 3 (Acceptable Use) and/or 5 (Content Standards) is a material breach of these terms, and may result in any of the following:
- immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our service;
- immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material you’ve uploaded to our service;
- issuing a warning to you;
- legal action against you, including proceedings for reimbursement of costs (including reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach;
- disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.
